In representing Sellers, my care & passion, is how best to price and present a home for sale, how to "stage", how to market to the buyer for that home specifically, achieving the highest selling price even in today’s market.
When representing buyers, helping buyers make sound Real Estate choices, that will be good investments and a place they will want to come home to. Using the experience of nearly 30 years in the Real Estate Industry, I have developed and strengthened my negotiating skills, I provide insight for my clients on how best to make their Real Estate decisions... we discuss goals, long term and short term... we look for what will be the clients best outcome based on the clients needs.
